Best possible location in two area, you can walk everywhere. The hotel has good-sized and brand-new rooms complete with loudly aircondition and exactly the same things and good view.

Comfy bed in superior queen room with central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers. The location was marvellous and stunning - walking distance to canteens and casinos. Good restaurant relatively near the hotel.

My room was full of bugs and very bad smell in the room and the floor also the reception were not qualified and the food in the restaurant is not good at all.

We liked our stay at Spa Hotel termal, especially it's medical servises and staff - friendly and professional. The room was cleaned every day. Meals were excellent and different. Location is perfect for treatment and drinking of mineral water. We had a wonderfull view from our balcony.

While taking medical bath there was no gas in the bath and emergency call didnot work (cabin # 6) and medicals knew about this. Also the mechanizm to dry the shawers worked bed. We asked staff some times it to be repaired but they didn't make it. Some arabian guests came to the restaurant dressed in winter clothes. It looked very strange, and staff unfortunately didn't make notes to them.

The staff is hardly english speaking, and very agressive in their language thinking that we do not understand. Check in and check out are awfull, more than 1 hour for each, only answer that we received when asking something is "sorry I have no time". Not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel. We asked for the breakfast in the room, was only for 1 person (we were 2) and no spoon, knife ...

Try visiting the spa early in the morning when it's less crowded, as it offers a more serene experience to fully enjoy the thermal facilities.

The building itself looks really ugly... In the morning some staff lady on the way to swimming pool thinking that we are foreigners was screaming on us and called us "snails" - unfortunately for her she was not aware of one of us being Czech... Swimming pool is situated in the other nearby building (not directly in the hotel) The breakfast staff was extremely quick - I went to get some bread and when I was back to my table, the rest of my whole breakfast was gone...

Unfortunately the big pool was closed (till April). It was the worst new in the beginning of holiday

The wellness amenities impressed me, especially the outdoor thermal pool with beautiful views. The rooms showed signs of wear and the staff often seemed indifferent . Breakfast offered a nice variety, but the dining area felt crowded at times.

We greatly enjoyed staying 1 night here. The staff were very professional, everything was very good. Had satisfactory breakfasts with a bunch of options. Location: the hotel was not far from the historical center on one side and the hillside.

This place suits me perfectly! Free Wi-Fi, a lovely indoor pool, and 24-hour reception make my stays so comfortable. Highly recommend it!
